I’m expecting to release a new Kindle and paperback version of my book The 4 Spheres of Intentional Living by late June-early July, after spending the past few months re-writing roughly 90 percent of the material.
This book, as the title makes explicit, offers practical action steps and examples intended to help people enrich what I identify as four key “spheres” of intentional living.
Why “spheres?” A sphere is “an area of activity, interest, or expertise; a section of society or an aspect of life distinguished and unified by a particular characteristic.” I use this metaphor because there are particular characteristics that are worth reflecting upon at a deeper level, and I believe that these show up within four key aspects of life that happen to interrelate in myriad ways.
I’ve had the privilege of helping numerous professional and individuals, through my executive coaching work, self-identify goals and aspirations within these spheres and take concrete steps toward fulfilling them. And I’ve been writing and speaking about the four spheres, in one form or another, across most of my career. I’m more convinced than ever that consistent, mindful practice of these spheres gives us the capacity and energy to stay focused and resilient, while going after the goals that are crucial to our most personal values.
Stay tuned for more updates!
